Inside the SubZero eGames venue we run our own dedicated area — a home base where visitors can meet us in person, see our servers in action and get help on the spot.

Being physically present where the community plays means we hear about problems and wishes first-hand, and can act on them immediately.

More than hosting

As part of the partnership we provided server hosting for the venue and its events — but the collaboration goes further than racks and uptime.

Our team was on site helping players and staff with Minecraft and much more: setting up servers, troubleshooting mods, and getting newcomers from zero to playing.
